All projects supported by IFRRU 2020 must contribute for increasing the energy performance of the renewed building. The audit carried out by the expert this certification will identify the current energy performance of the building and, specifically for housing buildings, the measures that result in the best balance between cost and benefits in energy efficiency.
Expenditure on energy certification is an eligible expenditure under IFRRU 2020.
Note: In order to properly instruct the application for funding, the qualified expert must include in the energy certificate specific information required by IFRRU 2020, in accordance with ADENE guidelines. - document "ORIENTAÇÕES TÉCNICAS ESPECÍFICAS NO ÂMBITO DO SISTEMA DE CERTIFICAÇÃO ENERGÉTICA DOS EDIFÍCIOS" release by ADENE on the 13th november 2017.
